Bristol Street Motors Backs Bromley's Wembley Bid
Colleagues from Bristol Street Motors Bromley will be out in force this weekend at the Hayes Lane Stadium as Bromley FC aims to move a step closer to the Football League.
Bromley are bidding to secure promotion from non-league for the first time on the back of a hugely successful season on the pitch, which saw them finish third in the standings and secure a place in the end-of-season Play-Offs.
Impressive results along the way included a dramatic 4-3 win over eventual champions Chesterfield in a game that saw Michael Cheek hit a hat-trick, as well as a 4-1 success away at Hartlepool United, one of the teams that had dropped out of the Football League at the end of the previous season.
The third place finish means Bromley go directly into the Semi-Finals of the Play-Offs, where they will now go up against Altrincham for a place in the final at Wembley against either Barnet or Solihull Motors.
A bumper crowd is expected to pack into Hayes Lane for the game, which includes a number of colleagues from Bristol Street Motors Ford Bromley – which is located just five minutes from the ground.
The dealership – alongside Bristol Street Motors Ford Orpington - has enjoyed a successful partnership with the Club for a number of years, not only supporting Bromley FC on its quest for success on the pitch, but also engaging with fans and supporting the local community through a range of initiatives.
Alongside colleagues from the dealership, Bristol Street Motors CEO Robert Forrester will also be in attendance for the Semi-Final to cheer on the Ravens as they bid to earn their place in the Wembley final.
